Checking the Status of an Order
When signed into My Account, you are able to search for an order by date or ROES/WEB number (i.e. A12345678R, AC1234X001). Under the "Status" column, you will see one of the following updates of your order:
Production/Queued- Your order is being produced and making its way through our lab.
Ready- Your order has been quality controlled and is making its way to our shipping department.
Shipped- Your order has been invoiced and will be given a tracking number shortly.
Once an order has been invoiced and given a shipping label, a tracking number will appear and direct you to FedEx or USPS. You will also automatically receive a tracking email from us.
*USPS- "Shipping Label Created" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned at the local post office.
**FedEx- "Not found" means that a label was just created and has not yet registered with FedEx. "Shipment information sent to FedEx" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned and picked up from our lab
Edit Profile/ Password
- You are able to edit your name, phone number, email address and change your password under "Personal Info".
*Your Artsy Couture account number and cannot be modified
Billing and Payment Information
You are able to update your billing address and payment information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping address is your physical home or business address. Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses.
