Checking the Status of an Order
When signed into My Account, you are able to search for an order by date or ROES/WEB number (i.e. A12345678R, AC1234X001). Under the "Status" column, you will see one of the following updates of your order:
Open- Your order is being produced and making its way through our lab.
Hold- Your order is on hold due to a special instructions note or a production inquiry. For all orders that are on hold or go on hold, our Customer Service team will be reaching out to you to discuss the details.
Void- Your order has been canceled per your request or due to an order issue.
Shipped with a tracking number- Your order has been fulfilled and labeled for shipment. Please note, upon clicking the tracking number, you will be taken to Google initially to "Track a Package". You will see a prompt that states "Track via (carrier name)". Simply click on that prompt to be taken to the direct tracking page on the respective carrier's website. In some instances, you may notice multiple carriers listed. Please choose the option for either FedEx or USPS. These are the only two carriers that we use to ship packages.
*USPS- "Shipping Label Created" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned at the local post office.
**FedEx- "Not found" means that a label was just created and has not yet registered with FedEx. "Shipment information sent to FedEx" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned and picked up from our lab
Edit Profile/ Password
- You are able to edit your name, phone number, email address and change your password under "Personal Info".
*Your Artsy Couture account number and cannot be modified
Billing and Payment Information
You are able to update your billing address and payment information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping address is your physical home or business address. Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses.
