We know shipping options can sometimes be challenging to navigate, so we’ve outlined everything you need to know about how Artsy Couture ships your orders.

📦 Local Pickup

In 2020, we made a business decision to discontinue local order pickup. While the health and safety of our employees were factors, the primary reason is that most of our print products are manufactured at our facility in Pennsylvania. Offering pickup would require transferring products between Maryland and Pennsylvania facilities, increasing production time and costs — something we want to avoid for our customers.

We are committed to shipping your orders directly to your door as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. If you have questions, our Customer Service team is here to help.

⏱ Production + Delivery

Remember: Shipping times begin after your order has completed production. During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date combining production and shipping times, so you’ll know when to expect your order.

🚚 Shipping Methods

Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or UPS Mail Innovations. The carrier is automatically determined by your shipping address and package criteria — you cannot select a specific provider.

If you would like your order to arrive sooner within the contiguous United States, you may also select to add express shipping to your order. Express shipments will ship via FedEx or UPS.

Important: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Only USPS can deliver to these addresses. Also, please review the free shipping product exclusions. For Saturday delivery, the fee starts at $65, and you must contact our team for a shipping quote.  

International & Non-Contiguous U.S.

Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations) require a custom shipping fee. Learn more about international shipping here.
