**IMPORTANT UPDATE 6/5/2020: Due to COVID-19, all carriers are experiencing delays due to shortened staff. As a result, ground shipments may take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered. Please also note, because of the delays seen, carriers may not make as many updates to the tracking. Their main goal is to get the package to the city it is delivering to as quickly as possible. Therefore, you may not see tracking updates for a few days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, within the contiguous United States, you may also select to add express shipping to your order. Express shipments will ship via FedEx. (Business days for FedEx Express is Mon-Fri).

Saturday delivery (which must be called in and requested) is a $65 fee. 

Shipping your package to Alaska, Hawaii, or to an international location? Shipping will be quoted at cost, which is based on the carrier charge and may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. 

Please keep in mind that the time indicated by a chosen shipping method DOES NOT include the time it takes to produce the product(s) in the lab (i.e. the product's "turnaround time"). For example, a print ordered with overnight shipping will still need to go through its normal 1-2 business days processing time. Once fulfilled and shipped from the lab, you would then receive your package within one business day with overnight shipping. For more information on our processing time, CLICK HERE!

Can I combine the shipping for my different order numbers?

Orders with different order numbers placed separately cannot be combined, they will ship separately to prevent delays with processing and completion of the order.

I didn't get my tracking info! 

If the order has been completed and shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email upon completion with the tracking info. Copy and paste the tracking number into google to get the shipping information. 

If you did not receive the tracking email, you can find it on your web account, under My Accounts My Orders: https://www.artsycouture.com/MyAccount/OrderHistory

If the order is completed you’ll find the tracking on the right column, clicking the tracking number will take you to the correct shipping website. Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS, once its put into google you’ll be able to see which provider the order is being shipped under. 

If there is no tracking number next to your order it is still in production and being actively worked upon. Please check here: https://artsycouture.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006549347-Product-Turnaround-Times for the in-lab times, as it can vary by product.
