Returns / Remakes / Refunds / Promotional Codes
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Orders are only eligible for a remake, refund* or promotional code in the value of the product within 30 days of receiving the order. In almost all instances, we do not want our customers mailing products back to us. Customers should feel free to discard or keep products that need to be replaced. If production identifies a need for the customer to return a product to investigate a processing issue, one of our friendly photo experts will reach out to our customer with a prepaid shipping label.
*Refunds are processed within the business day upon receiving the request and issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to fully process back to the original form of payment. Please note, it can vary based on the process of the financial institution involved.
Color / Resolution
We guarantee all Color Corrected orders. All Non Color Corrected products are sent to the printers ‘as is’. We do not make any color or density adjustments to the images before printing. All non-color corrected orders cannot be guaranteed. To learn more about our ICC profiles, click here. To assist in ordering the best photo gifts possible, our website will give an alert when a low-resolution file has been uploaded. Should you proceed with the order after the alert has been given, that order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Order
We package every order as carefully as possible to withstand courier handling. If you receive damaged prints from courier damage, notify us immediately.
Please make sure you include the following to avoid delays in processing a damaged / remake order: The order number along with the item(s) to be replaced, a detailed description of the issue and photo(s) if possible.
Modify / Cancellation Policy
Contact Us for any modifications or cancellations of ROES or WEB orders (with the exclusion of non color corrected products) within 30 minutes of submission. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to cancel that order.
