Question:
Do you offer international shipping or shipping to non-contiguous states?
Answer:
We can ship orders internationally and to non-contiguous states! All orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States ship via USPS Priority/International delivery services. International shipments will be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient of the order is responsible for any such costs at the point of delivery. Expedited shipping is not available to destinations located outside of the contiguous United States. These shipments do not qualify for free ground shipping if your merchandise total reaches the minimum order total amount of $49.
If you would like to ship an order outside of the contiguous United States and would like an estimated shipping quote, please contact us with information on the contents of your order and the physical shipping address. You can submit this information via our contact form ticket. Once submitted, a support agent will contact you with a shipping quote :)
If you have already submitted an order with a shipping address that is located outside of the contiguous United States, your order will submit with a Shipping To Be Determined shipping method. Once the order processes and populates into our system, your order will get placed on hold before entering production. At this point, a support agent will reach out to you with a shipping quote. This does add more time to the overall fulfillment of your order. Your order will be on hold until we have heard back from you!
If you do approve the shipping quote, we can simply charge the additional fee to the same credit card used for the purchase.
If we do not hear back within 2 business days, your order will be voided and refunded back to your credit card.
Please note: The size and weight of the package will factor into the cost of the estimate. The final shipping cost can vary plus or minus a few dollars depending on the final weight. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders due to factors like customs clearance.
