Having trouble uploading an image to your USB? Check that you have the photo box selected. If there is not a blue square surrounding the project then you do not have the project selected and it is preventing you from adding images to the project. Select the photo box by clicking in the middle of the project where it says “Your Photo Here”.
Example of no blue square and greyed out Upload button:
Click the photo box where you want to add the image: “Your Photo Here”, and a blue square will surround the photo box you’re working in. The Upload Photo Button will become active:
Still can't add a photo to the project? Check that you have a photo box on the project. If your screen is white without the “Your Photo Here” icon like below, you do not have a photo box. Click the photo menu on the top left and at the bottom of the list, click “Add Empty Photo Box”.
Find your image in My Device or My Gallery and adjust the size of the image using the blue tabs, or fill the section by clicking the background button on the horizontal menu. The horizontal menu will appear once you click the photo. *png image cannot be accepted. You will need to convert them to jpeg.
Trying to Check out and getting a warning Message?
Are you being prompted to review your USB project with “Parts of your project are missing images”? The warning is letting you know there are more places you can add images. Photos can be added to the wood cap and the acrylic side, but that is optional. Design the USB however you’d like! Be sure to fill the full gray box with your image. Please keep all important information within the green dotted line. That is your safe zone. Also, keep in mind that white does not print on the wood. Anything white in your image will be exposed wood. If you are happy with the project select “Add to Cart” and continue to check out.
