There are certain items that can ship together and certain items that cannot, depending on the turnaround time and the production process.
If ordering via the website, the system will automatically split the products within your order depending on the items being ordered. Each item type is its own entity. Items that have similar turnaround times and similar production processes will be combined and shipped together. If the items being ordered have different turnaround times and different production processes, the items will ship separately. For example, if you order luster prints and metallic prints, you will be given two order numbers. However, as the turnaround time and production process are the same, the two orders will be combined and shipped together. If your order contains lustre prints and a canvas gallery wrap, you will again receive two order numbers. However, as the turnaround times and production processes are different, these two items would ship separately. The great thing is the web system will only factor one shipping cost regardless of the items you have in your cart.
If ordering via the ROES system, you are prompted to click the catalog for the product you are wishing to purchase. If you need to order another product in a different catalog, you will have to check out first and then place a separate order. Therefore, you will be charged separate shipping fees for each order.
Once an order has been submitted to us, we cannot combine a new order for shipping and unfortunately, it cannot be added to or modified. If it is within 30 min of placing the order, please contact customer service to see if the order can be resubmitted with the options you need. If it is outside the cancelation window, the order has already entered production and cannot be altered or canceled. The add on will need to be uploaded as a new order. New shipping fees will apply and shipping cannot be combined with the previous order.
